For gaming no but there are ways to make it happen most likely the CPU will not bottleneck the GPU unless you are into self programming and make it happen as that is a way to make it happen. Then if you are running a CPU stress test while doing a GPU stress test at the same time will have both the CPU and the GPU slow down due to unexplained reasons.
