I have a plasma TV with only one hdmi port. I have tried to connect my blue ray and surround sound. I can get sound while playing a dvd, but no picture. How do I connect all 3 devices with my direct tv??

Are you trying to configure 3 outputs to 1 input? In other words, 3 devices to a single port on a display? If so, you need a HDMI Switch, I used to use one for my consoles, my PC, 360 and PS3 were all connected to the same monitor and port and I could switch the displays at the push of a button, or my particular switch would automatically switch to the newest incoming source whenever a device is turned on.
