laptop won't format with windows 7

hi everyone help plz i tried to format my laptop with windows 7 several times with cds but i failed i even used a usb drive but the OS wont load after booting... do you think if i remove the cmos battery from my laptop for a while will solve the problem ?

thanks for the reply but my previous OS was windows 8 and i tried to format with XP but every time the blue screen show up
what do you think i can do ?
