So I'm trying to record some game play of anything. I'm trying fallout for test reasons, but no matter what settings I chose I get terrible frame rate most of the time. And choppy videos afterwards. Shadowplay is what I'm using now but I don't like how it does not have two sepreat audios for my microphone and game audio, so I can edit them accordingly. Does anyone happen to know a fix or some tips to hopefully help me?

My computer specs are:
i7-3770k
GTX-660
8GB of RAM

[The hardrive im using is external so I can save better space. When I test the write speed I get 95 or more max, 80 being the lowest speed]

what codec are you using while recording?

In advanced tab, try to record with the following options marked
* Force CPU Processing + Enable Sync Surface Lock..... OR
* Force CPU Processing + Wait for available buffer.... OR
* Force CPU Processing + Enable Sync Surface Lock + Wait for available buffer

I'm using the Lagarith lossless codec, and I only get 12 fps or less with those options.

Try to record at fps below 40.
35 or 30 is ideal if you are gonna upload to youtube. I haven't played that game so i don't know its video options. Try medium settings, disable anisotropic filtering, antialiasing, and set mip-mapping to low or medium setting. I am sure there's a graphics control panel there for you (first make sure you've updated drivers for your card). In the panel, check settings for optimal performance / performance or if you wanna do custom settings (anti aliasing, triple buffering, v-sync, anisotropic filtering, etc), choose low settings, vsync off, t-buffering on.

Fps also depends on ingame resolution. If nothing works, lower it a bit.
Tell me if there's something.

p.s; sorry for bad english

I'm really sorry I did not give a great amount of detail on this. I have been recording at 30 fps with anit-ailasing and v-sync and all of that off for best performance, and with medium settings over all to no avail.
