can i change a laptop graphics card and processor

i have this laptop: http://www.toshiba.co.uk/discontinued-products/satellite-c855-29l/
and i dont really know much about whether i can change the graphics card or the processor and what it would do to the laptop.
 
Solution
Laptops that have a PCI-e slot on the outside(most makers quit doing this in 2006) can with an adapter use a desktop gfx card but you also have to have a desktop psu to push it and by the time you do all that (plus it looks like hell) you've put enough money in it to do a bare bones desktop build that you can swap out stuff til your hearts content.

You could change the complete mother board out that has the features you want but still the money involved makes it an almost no go. I was toying with both ideas then just bit the bullet and gotta desktop and parked the craptop for emergency use only.
