laptop fan making crackling sound

I have hp 2312ax 2 years old. Recently i cleaned the vents but after some time fan is making crackling rattling sound. when i hit around fan (whether its from top or bottom) noise is gone and its silent as usual. Kindly help all screws are tight

Can you explain the sound a bit better?
The the tone change while the sound is being made?
Or is it a steady "clicking" of the same volume/pitch?

From "crackling" I think of something inside the fan area being hit around by the blades.

The only way to verify whether something is making contact with the fan that shouldn't be or not is to remove the cover. You'll then be able to see the fan and inspect it.

i have already cleaned the fan after removing cover too.
i think its something with its speed. when i slowed the fan by touching my finger on the top(while fan was making sound), the sound went off.
I just cant understand the problem

Sounds like a bearing. You'll need to either lubricate the fan with a good lubricant (WD-40 works, but I recommend something better) or you'll need to replace the fan. If you're confident about replacing the fan yourself, and if you can find a replacement fan, they are inexpensive.

I have lubricated it with oil. but still no luck .
did u meant to replace only the fan or full vent
isnt there any way to repair it

The full vent? If you can purchase/find a fan online, it should come with the case (I'm guessing the casing is what you meant by "vent"). If not, you can use the existing case and just replace the fan.

If lubricant won't fix the noise, make sure that there is nothing lodged inside of the fan or its casing. Other than that, if lubricating it and removing any obstruction does not take the noise away, you may need to replace it.

i think screw of the case is loose
sound is automaticaly when fan slow or change speed
when it is at max speed it makes sound
