Wireless Upgrade to AC Band

Hello All,

I own a Dell Latitude E6440 (Core i7, 4600M) with Dell 1506 Wireless card. Can someone suggest a compatible wireless card with AC band. I have checked Intel Dual Band AC-7260 and found lots of users complaining about random disconnection from the Network and lack of driver support from Intel. Please suggest few good wireless card with AC band which is compatible.

Gigabyte has a PCI-Ex 1x AC card. I don't remember the model, but it's in the PCPartPicker list.

OPs system is a laptop, not a desktop.

@OP: The 7260 has had a bit of a bumpy experience with drivers. I believe Intel has another card that supports AC, as does Qualcomm Atheros (the Bigfoot Kilelr 1525 AC). There isn't a large variety of them out there though, not in the mini PCI-e form factor for laptops.

I think he is talking about a desktop expansion card. That is NOT compatible with your laptop. It is meant for a PCIe slot on a desktop board.
