slow frame rate

just purchased a asus gl551 with a gforce 860m on it. I cant play league of legends at high setting. I know its on NVidia gpu but cant get a good frame rate while playing at high settings. is it possible? i have 30mbps internet down and 30 upload. how can i set NVidia to high settings?
 
Solution
Do NOT disable the Intel graphics. The laptop uses Optimus, and so your game is probably running off of the Intel graphics at the moment, but you do not need to disable that.

Go into the NVidia control panel (make sure your drivers are up to date), then 'Manage 3D settings,' and configure the 'Global Settings' for 'Performance.' Reboot the laptop, then check on whether your game runs better from there or not.
