Lg or Samsung(or something else)

Which of those two have better picture quality? I don´t care about those Smart TV things, I wouldn´t use them anyway, I only care abput the picure quality. i would like to have opinions of people who have experiences with both Lg and Samsung Tv´s.

I would go with Samsung, but look up reviews on the TV you would like to get. Make sure you download a TV calibration disc such as AVSHD or get it professionally calibrated.

And what about philips? Are philips TV´s with good quality overall?

Don't get enticed by TV gimmicks such as one tv having a higher HZ than the other. This has to do with the auto motion plus, or "smoothing" effect that TVs try to create. This is "unnatural" and detracts from what is intended to be seen from a director and cinematographer. AVS forum is a good place to asks TV related questions and there are many knowledgeable people on there that can help. I have not had any experience with a Philips TV, so I am unable to comment. All I am familiar with are Samsungs.
