I want to get a mic for gaming. But I seem to get a headache when I wear gaming headsets. All it takes is like 10 mins of wearing it to get a headache.

Instead of a gaming headset, I'm planning to use ear-piece to listen in and a mic ( one of the following) :

Trust Starzz Microphone
1. http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B003MFYY3Y/ref=s9_simh_gw_p147_d0_i2?pf_rd_m=A3P5ROKL5A1OLE&pf_rd_s=center-2&pf_rd_r=0K9EGESXSXC8RDKEVW12&pf_rd_t=101&pf_rd_p=455344027&pf_rd_i=468294

Trust MC-1200 PC Microphone
2. http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B000185ALA/ref=s9_simh_gw_p147_d0_i1?pf_rd_m=A3P5ROKL5A1OLE&pf_rd_s=center-2&pf_rd_r=0K9EGESXSXC8RDKEVW12&pf_rd_t=101&pf_rd_p=455344027&pf_rd_i=468294

Are these going to cause me any potential problem compared to a headset such as bad background noise and soft voice and what not? Please advice. Thank you.

You've listed very cheap microphones. You will either be that very loud guy with constant fuzz or the one who sounds like he's sat 3 foot away from his desk...in his wardrobe.

I'd suggest putting a bit of research into it and get something more around the $30 range.
