Can a graphics card require 300W PSU use in a PC with 230W PSU

I look for the NVDIA GeForce GT730 with 2GB GDDR5 , low profile card from MSI.

I want to use it with my PC

PC specs:
Intel Core 2 Duo E6500@ 2.4GHz
2 GB DDR2 Ram
500 GB HD
NVDIA G210 (Its 8400GS but i don't know why it say G210)

I hope have people answer this question.

One of two things will happen - either the PC will not start up because too much power is being requested - or it will "burn out" your PSU, and possibly create problems with the other components installed. I would suggest getting at least a 400W PSU - there are a lot on sale right now.
