I need a new psu and im between this two. i want quietest possible psu, i dont care if its not 80 plus gold.
In my country the xfx is around US $40 more. Is it worth it?

Solution
Yes it is , the quality difference and performance reliability make the XFX the right purchase.

XFX Exclusive Total Thermal System Design

Features Hybrid Fan Mode, Ultra Quite Fluid Dynamic Bearing Fans, and Autosensing Dynamic Fan Control

TTS features our hybrid mode, which when activated, allows the PSU to operate silently until it reaches 25% load or 25°C. Our fluid Dynamic Bearing Fan lower noise consistantly over long periods of operation and lastly our new digital IC extends fan life by adapting accurate detection and eliminating unnecessary fan rotations when turning on/off.

XFX is made by SEASONIC and is the Superior power supply.

I own the 650w version.

I know that, the main question is if its worth to spend the extra 40 bucks on lower ripple noise, black cables and gold certification.
BTW, is it silent at low loads? Thanks.
