I have an Asus intel(R) Celeron(R) cpu n2830 @2.16 GHz and when I turned on my laptop to set it up, it went to the Aptio setup utility, I tried all these fixes and none of them worked... tried rebooting and when I tried to enable LAUNCH CSM it says disable safe boot, well there is no safe boot to disable and no security to disable anything please help! This is a huge inconveniance and any info would be much appreciated! I tried even saving and exiting went right back to the screen and discarding any changes, and nothing.

This a brand new system you are working on? Or what do you mean that you are setting it up?
Safe boot would be in the BIOS.
It's likely a hardware issue, best thing to do is check with ASUS support if the system is under warranty as you may need to replace the drive or something else.
