Which one will perform better? And which sound card will be the best if that's what I need? My sound card budget is 200 or less. Also, i might just grab the sennheiser g4me because that's a newer model pc 360.

I have a 363D. You definitely need a sound card to do it justice, I recommend the Asus Xonar DX (which I have), or better.

Forget the 363D USB card - it's rubbish. Go for the 360 which is the same engine but you pay less for no USB card.

The 360 is open acoustics which sounds more natural but doesn't block outside noise completely. Similarly, people around you in a quiet room can hear the sounds from your set. If you want something that's closed off, you can also consider the 350 SE - they're foldable too.

As for the G4ME One and G4ME Zero (open and closed types respectively), they also have the same engine as the 360 but from what I can tell, they're heavier on the bass. Not quite my taste, I think they're more suited for bass heads.
