New Laptop with Windows 8.1 hangs while using wifi internet

My New Toshiba Laptop with Windows 8.1hangs while using wifi internet. Configuration 3.4GB RAM, AMD 2Ghz processor, 500MB graphic card.

My laptop hangs continously it is very difficult to doo basis task in it what is the reason?

It sounds like you may have device driver problems, go to the manufacturers website and download the latest driver for you wireless adapter.

If this doesn't work then I would take it back to where you bought it as it obviously isn't fit for the purpose and they should exchange it.
