No sound from HDMI port on AMD HD 4600s GPU

So here is the deal, i have had my AMD HD 4600s GPU for a long time. I have used it to play games on different T.V's. I had just gotten a SAMSUNG LN32D403E4DXZA and there is an audio problem with it, it just doesn't wanna play sound. I have looked it up, tried to fix it myself, and even change the HDMI in ports on the T.V. As i mentioned before, i have used the GPU on other T.V's and the audio was working. The T.V i got used to have a blue-ray player hooked up and the audio was working. this is my last resort but I need help...

make sure the newest ati video card drivers and hdmi audio drivers are installed. under windows sound manager make sure ati hdmi audio is set as the default audio output. the video card is an older card and may not support the newer version of hdmi. check in the tv see if there any setting for hdmi 1.0.
