how to fix a laptop which starts for 30 seconds and it does not display anything on screen and then goes off

it is a toshiba satellite and i used it around 5hrs ago and then powered it off then afterward when i started it, it never started only power light and the other light of computer when powered on and then fan was working for around 30 seconds and nothing on the screen, and it goes off.
 
Solution
You tried all you could without replacing the motheboard, that is the next step and from what is happening is likely the issue. For a 3-4 year old model likely not in warranty, unless you can do the work of replacing the motherboard yourself it's likely not worth fixing, replacing may be beter.

Try Unplug it, remove the battery, press and hold the power button for 10 to 20 seconds. Replace battery and try it.

Do you know how the memory is configured? If there are 2 modules and you can easily reach them. Try starting the computer with only 1 in. If it starts, turn it off and try it with the other. If still working, try both again. Could be a module failed. If it will start with 1 of the modules but not the other, then you'll know which failed.

What model of toshiba is it? Model number should be on a sticker on the bottom somewhere.

its a toshiba c660 satellite and i have tried all basic troubleshooting that is changing ram sticks and also removing the cmos battery.also removing the harddisk but its havent worked
