Sorry, but no such device exists.

It could be Windows 7 has become a bit unstable so a fresh re-install of Win 7 may fix the problem. I had a similar problem but in a desktop with a dedicated graphics card a while ago. Windows XP became unstable over time and I started getting similar errors; a re-install of Win XP fixed the problem.

If the graphic core in your laptop is actually failing, then you need to buy a new laptop. Fortunately since Black Friday is approaching (assuming you live in the US), there are sales going on if you look around. The following 15.6" Asus laptop with the 3rd generation Core i3-3217u and an integrated Intel HD 4000 for $250. Even though the Core i3 has a lower clockspeed, technology advances basically...

If you miss that sale, then on Nov 27th Best Buy will be selling the following 15.6" Dell laptop for $300. It has a 4th generation Core i3-4030u CPU with the Intel HD 4400 graphics core.

The CPU in both of the above laptops consumes less power than your current laptop so if have to buy one of them then at least you will be laptop with better battery life.

Thank you very much for the information, I have reverted my computer back to factory default before and it did not resolve my issue but I appreciate the leads on a new laptop :)
