I have a massive problem, my laptop runs very very hot on idle and during gaming it's ridiculously hot like 88 degrees for GPU and 96 degrees for CPU (Celcius). Also I've had this laptop for maybe 3-4 years. The fan whirls a lot when doing anything.

Here is the website for my laptop:
http://www.mytoshiba.com.au/products/computers/satellite/l650/psk1ja-0fp017/overview

Sorry for the very long detailed information. I thought it may help :) Thanks

Solution
Compressed air can , if you can open it up the laptop and take air to it , thats what you need to do . A solid flat surface is best, on a cooler is even better.

I don't recommend a vacuum because of the static charge it can create.

Dust is a big killer , also most people who use laptops for gaming use a portable laptop table or something like it to support air flow , Because components are tightly packed in a laptop the airflow to begin with is restricted. setting it on your lap can cover vents as well, keeping it in a cool environment on a flat solid surface is best

Ok so using it on a Desk (with a cooler?) and give it a quick clean. How would be the best way to clean it. Take it to a pro or use a vacuum or compressed air can?

Thanks for the reply, Also is it normal that the manufacturer (Toshiba) Factory OC'ed my GPU?
Speccy Provided This:
Count of performance levels : 3
Level 1
GPU Clock 100 MHz
Memory Clock 150 MHz
Level 2
GPU Clock 300 MHz
Memory Clock 800 MHz
Level 3
GPU Clock 450 MHz
Memory Clock 800 MHz

I think that looks OC'ed but I'm not quite sure. Thanks for the help anyway.
