Does it always change by the same amount? If so, ensure that it's set to the right time zone.

It keeps going backwards. Usually by half the speed of normal time.

Does it always change by the same amount? If so, ensure that it's set to the right time zone.

Time zone is right. But I think it may be half fast. Because sometimes I notice that it will be 1 minute behind, then 2, then 4, but sometimes it's completely random, but always behind. Sometimes the date goes a day behind too!

I've changed the battery as well as formatting all my drives. No viruses, new battery but it keeps changing.

If you have replaced the battery, and the time is still losing over a day or two, the only options are to RMA the mobo, or change the frequency in which you update the internet time: http/www.wikihow.com/Change-the-Time-Synchronization-Interval-in-Windows-7

Just make sure to make it 6 hours or longer - you can get banned from the server if you synchronize too often.
