Hi there,
I'm planning to get a 7.1 surround sound headset at some point throughout the next few months, probably over Christmas. It'd mainly be for CS:GO. Presently I have Turtle Beach Earforce X12s, which have served me well, but I'd rather have a SS headset. I'm looking at this. http/www.amazon.com/Plantronics-GameCom-780-Surround-Headset/dp/B00B1KJK22
It seems really nice and I've tried it out, but I don't have much SS-related experience. One other thing. My mobo's sound is broken (I'm using a sound card from a 10-year-old computer) and I'm not wanting to return it to Micro Center, because I'd have to take off the CPU and such. I know I'm lazy, don't gripe. I've heard that most headsets have built in SS processing, and that'd be useful if you could find me one that has that, or just give me some general info pertaining to that. Thanks in advance!
