I just signed in to Tomsharware via Google+ because I forgot my password to Tomshardware. This is my first time using Google+ on a third party website. Does it recognize my account via the email address... and then log me into my account matched with the email address? Does a website like Tomshardware have to have an agreement with Google or Facebook to use this feature? Are my contacts and email safe while logging into third party sites like this?
