Cheapest League of Legends laptop That can max it without any issues at 50+ FPS?

As the title says I will use that laptop mainly for League of Legends, but I don't want average use but something that runs it smooth. Since the game is not that much ressource eating, I'm wondering if there is any border I can reach for a lesser price?
I've red a lot of topics and can't find anything that concentrates on that game.

Appart from that It will be used for movies and some excel vba stuff.

Hello sangelov :)

LOL is quite easy to run with low end computers. In my opinion, 4 GB of RAM is enough and the fps will depend on what video settings you want to have:

Medium settings, no shadows 30 - 40 fps : Intel i3?/i5/i7 with HD Graphics 4000

High settings, no shadows 40- 50 fps : Intel i3/i5/i7 with Intel HD Graphics 4400

High settings, no shadows 50 - 65 fps : Intel i3/i5/i7 with Iris Graphics

Shadows drop the fps extremely easy with shadows so it's not worth it to leave then on.

If you want more than this, just go for dedicated GPU but it may be more expensive.

Hope it was...
You'd probably be fine going with anything that has the equivalent of an i3/i5 processor and a GTX 700M series card. Not sure on what the AMD equivalents are. 8GB RAM would be the standard. Shouldn't even need an SSD since LoL isn't really something that has a lot of loading screens.
