I want to vlog for my youtube chanel and im wondering if i can just video using my aspire one or not?

I'm not sure how to take videos on my asus aspire one netbook. How do i do it? Am I able to just open a program that's already on the computor or do I hae to download something myself? If I have to download something, what is the best program to download?

Thanks so much im ok with the quality for now were only a small chanel im getting a better laptop in a few years please check out mine and my friends youtube chanel we could use some more subscribers: b33bell. you wont see me in any of the videos because i was in some but my friend lost all the videos that i was in so its just her and her sister anyway thanks so much again it realy helped. do you have a youtube chanel because i will give you a shout out?
