If you happen to find a version that was released prior to Adobe moving to Creative Cloud then you might be able to purchase it. It is no longer for sale by Adobe as they have discontinued it. If you have a Creative Cloud subscription then it is still available for download - or at least it was. I did a quick search on Ebay and the only thing I found was it bundled as part of the Creative Suite.
