I am looking for a gaming headset that would cost $100 or less.

Hopefully...
-Comfortable
-Decent Microphone
-Decent Sound
-Connected via USB or 2 mic jacks (It can't be connected through one mic jack)
-Durable (One that does not break when you drop it a couple of times and the microphone does not pop off easily)

Just remember that other 'gaming' headset are utterly nonsense in terms of sound quality(The ones under $100). Avoid Razer, Corsair and other 'gaming' oriented products as much as you can...

Me too hyper x cloud or some mid range studio monitor headphones and clip on mic or table mic.I have ad700x with antlion mod mic works perfect. You can check some cheap and decent headphones like Samson SR850, Superlux HD668B ,JVC RX700 or 900 or ad700x they go a little off your budget 130 on amazon right now but seriously never buy gaming headsets. Even cheap 30$ studio monitor headsets are mostly better build quality than top of the line 200$ gaming headsets.

I don't really need a gaming brand I just need something good enough to give me a decent sound. I was looking into the sennheiser brand but I don't think it's available in our country.

Yeah Sennheisers are good, see if you can find the HD-280 PRO.
I own the HyperX Cloud, sounds good, feels comfortable. It's a rebranded QPad QH-90, which is a good thing.
Audio Technica is also a good brand, although some don't like it's soundstage in gaming. The M50 and the AD700 are nice ones.

Right now there is a sweet deal on the HyperX. See if you can get one of those while it lasts.

I've looked into that but it's not available as well. I might be able to stretch my budget if someone suggests a good deal. I'm also looking at the Astros w/o mixamp since a lot of people recommend them but I don't think they're worth it w/o the mixamp.

Tell you the truth, I'm not a fan of Astro's. I don't like the type of sound it produces, it doesn't have a good depth to it, others will disagree with me but that's fine.
Astro is a good brand, I can tell you that. The A30 is something you might be interested in.
Other than that, check what brands are available in your country.

Yeah without the amp, if you'll be using it on the pc then there is no need for it. It made to connect it to consoles and such.
Also this headset does not need any other amplification, your motherboard connector will provide enough power.

Yeah mate, it seems to be a bit limited there. But you'll find something I'm sure.

Also I have a small-ish head and the Astros might be to big...is it ok for small heads? (The Megalodons (does not work anymore) fit my head w/o much stretch)

Steelseries Siberia V2 is a decent headset.
About the fitting, I think the Astro's should fit, not so sure. I have a medium sized head and it fits pretty nice, does get a little uncomfortable after long use though.
