I have samsung 840 pro 256gb, but i want to remove stuff from the hdd so its like 180or less, how should i do? thanks in avdance!

Okay. So, what is the reasoning behind moving your OS, as opposed to a fresh install? The ideal setup, would be OS and all programs on your SSD and all of your files redirected to the WD 1TB HDD. So, you would do a clean install or remove all your personal files to another location, ext hdd or your D drive, then migrate your OS from C to the SSD, then once inside the OS, there is a simple way to redirect your Library folders to the WD where your files are.

The reason you removed stuff and it expanded is because of fragmentation and the default allocation unit size on your hdd. the best thing, if you really don't want to uninstall, is to get a good defrag on it, from a tool like http://www.piriform.com/defraggler. basically, it will re arrange the files, condensing them and when finished, your drive space should more accurately represent how much space is actually being used. if it was down to 287 GB, there is a great chance a defrag will drop it below 256 GB. I would still recommend uninstalling some unneeded programs and running http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner to kill off as many temp files as possible. Obviously, in an ideal world a clean install of windows would be your best solution, or a bigger SSD, but if you want to do what you have suggested, I hope what I said helps you.

Defraggler is a better degragger in a lot of ways. it rearranges and consolidates blocks in a more thorough way. I need to know more about your drive setup, do you have 2 drives already in your machine? what is your D drive? And, no, you cannot move programs86 to another drive, it will break the registry entries for every program installed in that folder.
