My asus notebook has an internal battery, it shut off and it won't charge

I had just turned my 3 month old asus laptop,it was on charge,when it shut off,it doesn't say it's charging and it won't turn on,it's only new!!!!!!! Please I need help!!!

check to see if the power plug plug the back of the laptop is snapped off. if it not snapped off have someone with a volt meter check the ac brick to see that it outputting the right voltage. if it is contact asus support see if there a hard reset for the laptop. if there not you may have had a system board failure.

Same as my asus model X200M juz bought 3 months ago..not charging..
