how to send message in anybudy's facebook account

Go to the person that you would like to connect with or contact. At the top you will find the message at the top of the page on the right hand side facing the page. Click it on, write your message and send.

You should be able to send it to nearly anyone. Some people, like me, do have customized settings that do not allow for anyone except friends to send private or public messages to them in order to keep spam out of their boxes. If they have those customized settings chosen, you'll have to do a friend request first before being able to send a message.

you will need to have a facebook account to send messages
previously facebook had email service too but now they discontinued it ( i think, though it still shows an email id in facebook.com domain )
if you know the facebook email id ( mostly their facebook email id will be theri username example unername@facebook.com where username is their facebook page id ) of that person then probably you can send message to them vial gmail id, procedure will be as same as you do for other email id providers like yahoo or other
