.srt default program

Yesterday i accidently set all .srt into Splash Pro Ex(default program). And right now, when i try to open any movie using Splash Pro Ex the subtitle do not shown in the video. I set video player as Splash Pro Ex for more details....Need help !!

You can do it in the registry if you are comfortable going there. If you do, back up the registry or at least the values you are deleting. You can find instructions on how to do this in Help and Support.
Click Run, type regedit and click OK. Go here: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\FileExts scroll down to .srt, Expand .srt and click OpenWithList, On the right side is the list, right click and Delete the ones you do no want Splash Pro Ex to open.

How to backup registry:
Click Start, type regedit.exe in the search box, and then press Enter. ...
In Registry Editor, click File > Import.
In the Import Registry File box, select the location where you saved the backup copy to, click to select the backup file, and then click Open.
