I am currently deciding to buy a new laptop and have been looking at both MSI GS60 and Lenovo Y50. I know both have their pro's and con's. Cant decide which is the better option in the long run

MSI G60 Ghost:
- Intel Core i7-4700HQ 2.4 GHz
-8 GB DDR3L SDRAM
-1 TB 7200 rpm Hard Drive, 128 GB Solid-State Drive
-NVIDIA Geforce GTX860M with 2GB GDDR5 VRAM (Kepler)
-15.6 inch Matte IPS display (1920 x 1080)

Lenovo Y50-70
Intel Core i7-4710HQ Processor( 2.50GHz 1600MHz 6MB)
16.0GB DDR3L SDRAM
1TB 5400 rpm + 8GB Cache SSD
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 860M 4GB (Maxwell)
15.6" Ultra HD IPS Glare LED Backlit 3840x2160

Both are almost the same in price, with GS60 being slightly more which I dont mind

I rather wait for the GTX 970M/980M (which is coming real soon)since it has a huge boost over the GTX 800M series.

The Lenovo has a faster processor and more VRAM on its graphics card. I'd pick that.

But...

yes the Lenovo has a 4k screen with it
But review said there is the scaling problem with certain games as not all games run 4k fully

I see. Well I wouldn't want to have to run a 4K resolution because it will absolutely kill the framerate.

By any chance are you from MY/SG?
