help me.acer aspire e15 not working

Acer aspire e15 . Es1 511 C11F. I turn on, back light is on but nothing on screen or acer logo comes up then nothing. Laptop only about 4 weeks old.please help. Thank you.

you might have kept the charging cable in your pc try to hold the power off button for 20 seconds when shutting down. hope it works1

I have the exact same problem ! The laptop is running but the screen is off !

Is it not good to leave my laptop plugged in to power cord. I will stop doing it if it causes troubles.

Having your charger plugged into the laptop isn't bad for your laptop, it will ruin the battery after a while but it shouldn't make the screen black. I have the same issue though and it is related to the charger. If I pull the charger outthe screen comes back on, this is not normal.

I have a similar issue. When I plug in the charger, the screen goes blank and nothing works again until I power down and power up again. I think it actually puts the laptop into sleep or hibernate, because the fan speed drops to almost nothing (or nothing). Ideas?
