The most powerful (and the one I would choose) would be D: MSI CX61 2PC-1216XES
With it's 4GB of memory being it's weak point - in all other aspects it's better or equal to the others. It features a dedicated graphics card (A and B do not). It has the newer and most powerful of the processors. I think MSI is of higher quality than Acer. I wouldn't hesitate at all, I'd go with the MSI out of those listed

I might suggest considering replacing the internal hard drive with an SSD, a small one works (~120GB) and use an external HDD solution for large file storage. It's not something that needs to be done but an SSD makes the whole system feel more responsive and I think it's the best thing to happen to PC's since their inception. It can also help battery life some since they use very little power. Applies no matter what machine you decide upon.

Do you think it's worth to break the guarantee seal to add +4GB RAM (so it's 8GB ram)? Or I better wait for 1 year to do so?

Okay, I must share my thought when I read this... MSI puts a warranty seal on the back? I was quite surprised to find out they do, it is not a common practice anymore.
I think you should be fine with the included 4GB for now, I'll recommend keeping the warranty (and it's seal) intact. I rarely find my systems wanting more than 4GB of ram regardless of what I'm doing. IMO it's more advantageous to keep the warranty than to add ram here. When you do add ram, look to the SSD thing too.
