Is this really good and if yes then can it run the following games on my LG Flatron E2041 moniter on high-ultra (with how many FPS) :
Crysis 3, Battlefield 4, Assassins Creed 4 and above, Watch Dogs, and other Upcoming games...

Yep it's a great GPU, and it'd run the mentioned games on fine 40+ FPS on ultra settings, and comfortable 50+ on high. Also, your PSU is poor quality but would suffice for the current GPU, I'd advise that PSU be the next upgrade to the system :)

The r9 270x is a very good GPU for its price you can run almost every games at ultra with decent FPS.

This is an reference benchmark chart of r9 270 you will get around 5-6 fps more with r9 270x.

750 watt PSu for r9 270 is too much a 450 - 500 watt PSU would be more than enough.
