My speakers emit (only if they are turned on) a hispanic radio station whenever they are connected to my laptop. This noise significantly gets louder whenever I plug in my charger or use ethernet. Shown in the video below.

I've researched and found that the outlets that my station uses are poorly grounded (or something along those lines). Since RFI on the wires seem to be the problem, will buying a few of these and clamping them on the wires fix it?
