My s and left shift and 1 key don't work.

I'm using the on-screen keyboard.

I've opened up my keyboard, cleaned the bottom and reconnected my ribbon cable but they still don't work.

What should I do?

2. corrupt drivers,
3. internal damage

Possible solutions:
1. virus/malware scans
2. reintalling drivers, installing Microsofts IntelliType
3. use KeyTweak to restore or remap the failing keys.
