Go with a CPU. Why an APU?
I got the Lenovo G510(59-398343) for INR 36k(you'll get for cheaper; this is nearly 6 months ago) with 4 GB upgradable to 16GB, Core i5 4200M, I went with no graphics card, but it has a variant with ATI Sunpro 8570 2GB graphics card.
The graphics card is crap, but laptops aren't meant for gaming anyway. Mine is a good laptop; I"m happy with it. Even the processor can be upgraded!

i dont know about newegg service in india. but your mentioned models are available in india too..i dont think both lenovo and HP will provide international warranty. so double check with the seller you are buying.

The problem with an APU is that if there is a dedicated graphics card, then the APU is half useless, the integrated graphics that comes with it is switched off.

Technically the lenovo g505 is the best with the discrete gpu. But amd are not very good at making sure that the laptop uses the right type of graphics depending on the task. This will cause in fps drops in games and loss in battery life while doing normal tasks. However for programming the A10 is good. The gpu on the other hand is not very good for gaming and will struggle to play nfs.

For your budget I would try and get an acer aspire v3 if you can.
