So so far I am stuck between three different laptops. The first is a Sony VAIO (https://docs.sony.com/release/specs/SVF1521KCXB_mksp.pdf), the second one is the new Razer Blade (http://www.razerzone.com/ca-en/gaming-systems/razer-blade) and the third is the new Razer Blade Pro (http://www.razerzone.com/ca-en/gaming-systems/razer-blade-pro). Which would be better for gaming? The most graphic intense games I play are Mafia 2 and GTA IV, I want to play those games at ultra settings with good fps, but I will also like to start playing some Far Cry 3, so I want to run it at high settings. I'm new to pc gaming so I want to buy at good gaming pc. I'm not interested in desktops? You can tell what my budget is so if you know of anything better that is still slim then let me know please. should I get the 128 gb razer laptop and change the ssd myself?

The Sony is a joke compared to the Razer Blades. The GT 740m is fine for playing games with low to medium graphic settings. It is a mainstream graphics chip rather than a high performance graphics chip.

The new 14" Razor Blade with the i7-4702HQ and the GTX 870m is the one to get if you want the best gaming performance of the three laptops.

I find it odd that the smaller of the two new laptops has the GTX 870 and the slightly faster model Core i7 CPU. I would have expected those to be in the 17" laptop since the larger the laptop, the better it should be at cooling power hungry components.

The issue you may is that playing games at 1920x1080 resolution on a 14" laptop might seem a bit small for you.
I would have one custom built to mt needs.... don't forget to ask for the discount

CLEVO is a large Taiwanese computer company specializing in laptops. While the Clevo brand name is perhaps not widely known, their products are re-branded and sold by known boutique brand OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers)… notably Sager, VoodooPC, Falcon Northwest, Eurocom, etc. They are also considered (by whoever knows about notebooks) to design and manufacturer the best of the best notebooks in terms of superior build quality and innovative designs.
