Laptop Msi Run slow

A week ago my msi laptop sunddenly became very slow and the fan is going crazy when i just watch a video. the laptop is like half a year old now. even when im just typing this the fan goes crazy

I hope you guys can help me

The specs are
Intel core i7 4700mq
Nvidea gf gtx 765m
ram 8 gb

forgot to say also got 1 tb and 128 ssd

i also just found out that my computer is using the full 8 gb of ram when im just browsing and doing nothing. I tried Krojam cleaner but nothing happend

For starters, it should not be using 8 gigs for web browsing This is telling me that your browsing process is set to high priority. This means that when you open it it will use most of the resources for that process. You can change it in the task manager.

Second the fan setting can be changed either in the bios or in msi control panel I think. I am not very familiar with msi software.
