Hi everyone.
I want a laptop for college. I'mg going to be using it for basic surfing and excel but also for gaming.
I don't want or need a super powerful gaming laptop, I want a laptop that's good looking, light, thin and can run any game even if it's on medium settings.
My laptop needs a dedicated gpu and a powrful i5/i7 but I don't really care as long as it can just run the games. I would like a decent screen. Ram doesn't really matter as I have extra gigs to install in any case.
I would like it to have a long enough battery life when surfing and typing.
My budget is 1000-1500 euros. I can buy it anywhere in Europe as I don't care about the keyboard language.
Right now, I've been loking at this laptops:
MSI GS60: can get an i5/860m for 1000 euros. (1080p)
MSI GE40: can get an i5/850m for 1000 euros. (1600x900)
Lenovo y510p: can get an i7/755m for 1000 euros. (1080p)
Lenovo y50: can get an i7/860m with 256gb ssd for 1100 euros (1080p)
Asus GL550JK: i7/850m for 1100 euros. (1080p)
Which one would you recommend in terms of screen, fiability, speed and battery life? Do you know of any other good laptops?
EDIT: also temps is something I'm concerned about. Any thoughts?
