So i was downloading something from the internet and i clicked one of the wrong download buttons and i got a trojan virus, i scanned my computer, used adwcleaner, hitmanpro and malwarebytes and i think i got rid of it but my googlechrome browser still had it and it didnt let me change any settings and it didnt let me go on any sites except mozilla firefox browser (which im using now) so i uinstalled google chrome and now my question is should i reinstall it or should i just stay with firefox? also is there any way to guarantee i dont have the trojan virus still? thx

Solution
Install Google Chrome, Run a full scan from AVG/AVAST/BitDefender or something near there quality and when promted to delete the founded files press delete... After that run malwarebytes and if you find something delete it and after make sure you have an anti-virus... the AVG 2014/15 Free version is way better than having no anti-virus.
