I downloaded a file that automatically installed a few programs onto my computer (ytdownloader/speeditup/and something else) I had some trouble removing them but finally used IObit to uninstall these programs and all files left behind by them. I have since ran both AVG and Malwarebytes to scan my computer in its entirety and both programs did not find any malicious threats after using IObit in combination with CCleaner to remove any trace of the programs. Should I be in the clear at this point? I have not experienced any ill effects since performing these tasks. Any suggestions as to further steps I should take to ensure my computer is safe?
