Hello,

SO as i told you guys i got a new computer laptop

specs
i7 4700hq at 2.4 ghz but it is always on 3.2 ghz when pluged in
16gm ram (upgraded today)
1 tb har drive
nvidia 840m geforce

overall its a good laptop and i played skyrim for the first time today and it automatically adjusted it for ultra high started palyinh and funnily it was alot smoother thatn i expected

problem is i dont want to play on ultra high and rather play on high but when i click on skyrim icon it goes straight in the game that luancher doesnt launch where i can adjust settings?

off topic...on my laptop cpu goes to 64 degree is this ok for a laptop?

"i7 4700hq at 2.4 ghz but it is always on 3.2 ghz when pluged in" This is because of turbo boost and windows' power saving

" off topic...on my laptop cpu goes "to 64 degree is this ok for a laptop? " Everything below 90C is okay, my CPU and GPU range from 49 to 61 degrees when playing watch dogs ultra at 30C room temp just for example.

"problem is i dont want to play on ultra high and rather play on high but when i click on skyrim icon it goes straight in the game that luancher doesnt launch where i can adjust settings?" May I ask why? well, this is very specific and I wouldn't know, better ask in skyrim's forums
