can be a part failure on the logic board and making a hum from the audio speakers. check if your pc has wifi the wifi not near any cables. wifi known to cause feedback. (same as speakers and power cables). if the sound is off and the sound bar is off and you hear a hum. most times it a bad cap in the power board.
