ACER Aspire 7741z problem

my acer doesn't show me the setup and all other BIOS screen.. it simply goes black when it's turned on and show me a text that says... NTLDR is missing... I don't know what to do!!!! Will be of grate help if someone give me a solution PLEASE!

Most common cause is just a corrupt or missing system file. Usually a pretty easy fix if you have the Windows installation disk, or have a bootable USB drive with the files. Just run the installation media, select Repair Windows (might take more than one try) and it should replace the missing NTLDR file, as well as any other missing files.
