There is no such thing. Cheapest gaming laptop around that will play MOST games at HIGH (Probably not Ultra) settings is going to start in around the 800-1000 dollar mark. Anything around 600 bucks might get by on the latest games at medium or low settings, but not high or ultra.
You may be able to get some hp's or acers for that price. For £200 more you can get an acer v3 which is good for most games except for the latest.

Maybe, he wasn't too clear on that so no worries my friend. He may have meant exactly what you said but until he clarifies that I'm assuming he wants to be able to play at any settings he chooses, which ain't happening with a 600 dollar laptop.
