how do i get a boot disk for acer

how am i suppose to get a boot disk and how much does it cost?i have an acer it words are popping up saying check your internet cable and boot your laptop and i dont have one :??:

Normally these days you make your repair and restore disks when you first setup the laptop. If you never made your you can try booting off the recovery partition and see if that will install windows for you but plan on losing everything on the drive if you do that.

Other than that you can contact acer to send you some. I dont know what they charge.
