My Sony vaio got locked on the camera screen when it went into power save. Usually I just hit the unlock button and it goes to the main pages but this time it has a message that says "Looks like there's something wrong with your camers. Check the manufacturers website for troubleshooting info." I can't get anywhere on the Sony site. Any suggestions? I can't even get it to power down or figure out how to take out the battery. I don't think you can anyway.

I'm not familiar with the Vaio camera screen. Worst case scenario is you can power the laptop down using the power button, right?
I wasn't familiar with it either until this happened. What it turned out to be was the laptop misbehaving because of a critically low batter. I plugged it in overnight to see if that was the problem (just as a guess) and low and behold it was fine the next day.
