headset advice for ps3, pc and ps4

i have been looking for a good headset but cant decide here is a list of recuirments

i need to be able to use it on both ps3, pc and also ps4
i dont want to spend more than 150$
it needs a decent mic
i dont care if its wired or not as long as the wire isnt to short

and then i have a question what would be best for fps gaming soround sound or stereo sound

i have been looking at these:

Turtle Beach generally have pretty poor quality for the cost, you can get better for the same price. The Steelseries Siberia V2 is cross platform, incredibly comfortable, and good for FPS games. The Astro A40 is another nice one, but it's at the top of your budget. The problem with surround is it usually won't work on the PS4 because it's virtual, controlled by Windows software.

thank you so much for the advice
i just recently read an review on the headset i was looking at and did find out that they weren't as good as i thought they would be
and as i will mostly be using it for pc i might be thinking about buying astros as i havent anything but good things about them
