Razer Kraken Pro mic too quiet

My razer kraken pro mic doesnt work when i plug it into my pc its really really quiet and if i turn it all the way up including the booster there is just alot of static noise and it still sounds like im whispering. however when i plugged it into my mac it worked. What do I do?

This is also happening to me, people are saying to get a USB sound card, which is probably the solution. It's also your computer's sound power or something like that, it doesn't have enough power for the headset.
